• Billing information — subscription tier and payment status. Card details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Files you upload — documents or images attached to a request.

• Provide and fulfill the concierge services you request
• Process subscription payments and manage your account status
• Communicate with you about your requests and your account
• Maintain the security and integrity of the portal

Payment Processing

Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe’s use of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy. We store a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription so we can keep your account status in sync — never your raw payment details.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make the portal work (such as our payment processor and our database/hosting providers), each acting on our behalf, or when required by law.
