Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Attaché Personal Concierge member portal (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Attaché provides personal concierge services on a subscription basis. Customers submit requests through the portal, and our team fulfills them according to the customer’s selected tier.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Changing tiers takes effect according to the billing terms shown at the time of the change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent requests, or to attempt to access another customer’s account or data.

6. Service Limitations

Attaché makes reasonable efforts to fulfill every request but cannot guarantee availability of any particular reservation, product, or service arranged on your behalf, as these often depend on third parties outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and branding associated with the Service are the property of Attaché Personal Concierge and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attaché is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to third-party bookings or purchases arranged on your behalf.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior toward our team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
