Attaché Personal Concierge
Terms of Service
Last updated July 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Attaché Personal Concierge member portal (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Attaché provides personal concierge services on a subscription basis. Customers submit requests through the portal, and Attaché fulfills them according to the customer’s selected tier.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Changing tiers takes effect according to the billing terms shown at the time of the change.
5. Service Definitions
What Counts as One Request
A request is one clearly defined outcome or a closely related group of tasks directed toward a single result. Examples include one restaurant recommendation, one vendor comparison, one travel itinerary, or one gift suggestion.
If a submission contains multiple unrelated outcomes, Attaché may separate it into individual requests, each counted against the member’s monthly allotment. Attaché will notify the member before doing so.
Revisions and Follow-Ups
Reasonable clarifications and minor adjustments related to the original outcome are considered part of the same request. A new direction, a significant change in scope, or an unrelated addition may be treated as a separate request at Attaché’s discretion.
Simultaneous Requests
Members may have one active request in progress at a time. Additional requests submitted while one is being handled will be queued and addressed in the order received.
Monthly Request Limits and Resets
Request allotments reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused requests do not carry over to the following billing cycle.
Unlimited Requests (Elite Membership)
Elite membership includes unlimited request submissions subject to reasonable-use standards. If a single member’s requests during a given billing cycle would require an unreasonable volume of work relative to the nature of the service, Attaché reserves the right to handle requests sequentially and communicate adjusted timelines. Attaché will notify the member if reasonable-use standards apply to their account.
6. Service Hours and Response Windows
Service Hours
Attaché operates seven days a week. Response windows reflect target times for standard requests during normal operating conditions.
Response Windows
Target response windows by membership tier are as follows:
- Essential: Target initial response within 24 hours of submission.
- Premier: Target initial response within 12 hours of submission.
- Elite: Target initial response within 4 hours of submission.
Response windows reflect the target time for an initial substantive response, not guaranteed completion of every request. Complex requests such as multi-day travel itineraries, detailed vendor comparisons, or event coordination may require additional time to complete after the initial response.
The response clock begins when a request is submitted through the member portal or received by email. The clock pauses while Attaché is awaiting additional information from the member necessary to proceed.
Attaché will make reasonable efforts to meet these windows but does not guarantee response times in all circumstances, including periods of high volume, technical disruption, or requests requiring unusually detailed research.
7. Requests Attaché May Decline
Attaché reserves the right to decline or return any request that:
- Requires the judgment of a licensed professional, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, real estate, or accounting advice.
- Requires physical presence or in-person services.
- Involves purchasing, transferring funds, or making financial commitments without explicit prior written authorization from the member.
- Involves monitoring, surveilling, or gathering information about another individual without their clear consent.
- Involves activity that is unlawful or that Attaché reasonably believes could cause harm.
- Is submitted in a form too vague to act on without additional information, in which case Attaché will request clarification before proceeding.
8. Third-Party Purchases and Fees
Membership covers Attaché’s concierge research and coordination service only. Third-party costs including but not limited to flights, hotels, restaurant reservations, tickets, gifts, delivery charges, vendor deposits, and service fees are separate from membership and remain the sole responsibility of the member.
Attaché will not make purchases, place orders, or commit funds on a member’s behalf without explicit prior authorization. All third-party costs require member approval before Attaché proceeds.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent requests, or to attempt to access another customer’s account or data.
10. Service Limitations
Attaché makes reasonable efforts to fulfill every request but cannot guarantee availability of any particular reservation, product, or service arranged on your behalf, as these often depend on third parties outside our control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and branding associated with the Service are the property of Attaché Personal Concierge and may not be used without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attaché is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to third-party bookings or purchases arranged on your behalf.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or engages in abusive behavior toward Attaché or anyone acting on its behalf.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
